According to the Oxford English Dictionary (which I find to have the best definitions), wisdom is the capacity of judging what is right or fitting in matters relating to life and conduct (and acting accordingly), and the ability to percieve and adopt the best means for accomplishing an end, characterized by good sense.
It is also knowledge, enlightenment, and learning, including practical understanding--"expertness in an art."
Wisdom of Life, then, is that knowledge--both philosophical and practical--that is right or fitting as the best means for accomplishing the ongoing flourishing of life, in all it's aspects.
